How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Pentecostal Fire > Cancel Subscription.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Premium subscribers can download devotionals for offline listening. Tap the download icon on any devotional to save it to your device.

How do I change the background music?

While playing a devotional, tap the music note icon to open the pad selector. Choose from various atmospheric pads to customize your listening experience.

Why can't I hear any audio?

Make sure your device is not on silent mode and the volume is turned up. Also check that no other apps are controlling audio output (like Bluetooth devices).
